What is Alimony Tracker?

What is Alimony Tracker?: Alimony Tracker is a simple tool for documenting court-ordered support payments — child support, spousal support, alimony, or maintenance. You log each payment with a server-verified timestamp, attach receipt photos, and export records whenever your attorney or the court needs them.

How do timestamps work?: Every payment entry and receipt photo receives a server-set timestamp when it's recorded. This timestamp cannot be altered by you or anyone else — it provides reliable, court-admissible proof of when you made the contribution.
Can I attach receipt photos?: Yes. After logging a payment, you can upload a photo of your receipt — bank transfer confirmation, money order, check copy, or cash receipt. The image is stored with an immutable server timestamp. Receipt photos are optional but strongly recommended for stronger documentation.

How do I export for court?: You can export all payment records as a CSV spreadsheet (one click) or print any single record to PDF. Both formats include amounts, dates, recipients, payment methods, and timestamps. The PDF is designed to be court-friendly and includes attached receipt images when present.
What payment methods can I log?: You can log: Cash, Check, Bank Transfer, Zelle, Venmo, Money Order, or Other. For checks, you can optionally record the check number. All methods are included in your export.

Is my data private?: Yes. Your records are private to your account. No one else can see your data. Access is protected by email and password authentication. We do not share your information with third parties.
How does the trial work?: New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can log payments, attach receipts, and export during the trial. If you decide to continue, you'll subscribe for $9.95/month. You can cancel anytime.
